Biography

Quincy Stephenson is Executive Director for the Center for Excellence in Diversity and Student Inclusion at Duquesne University. He is a key figure in coordinating diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for various student affairs on campus. Stephenson works closely with students, student administration, faculty, and other campus partners to support efforts of equity and inclusion for Duquesne University. 

In addition to his role as Executive Director, he also serves as Co-Chair of the Bias Education Response Team and as a Title IX Deputy Coordinator for the Title IX Office. 

A native of Memphis, Tenn., Stephenson has over 15 years of experience working in mental health, both counseling and supervision. He has served as a Mental Health Counselor, Outreach Coordinator, Group Coordinator, and Assistant Director for Duquesne University’s Counseling and Wellbeing Center. Stephenson is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Duquesne University’s Counseling, Psychology, & Special Education Department.
